A Beautiful Mind
Meditation is a form of internal communication. The Kundalini Meditation is about bringing your Chakras into balance. Sit quietly or lay in a corpse pose (flat on your back), close your eyes, soften your face, slow your breathing, and focus on a particular color. When you are in a calm state you will begin to feel the energy from within, let it radiate throughout your entire body, and bring your awareness to that energy.
So what is "kundalini", it is the "fire of the soul", the "sun" returning to light the world.
Syn-Energy
Syn-Energy is a spiritual experience of the body, balancing the energy points with the mind, all of which will give you a sense of grounding on a mental level. Syn “together” and Energy "an adequate or abundant amount of power" is the joining of spirituality and balance of the energy points causing the body to become relaxed and heighten mental clarity. Different modalities of Chakra treatments work to unblock and harmonize the chakras. Meditative techniques help align the energies of the seven major chakras through psychic breath work and mantras. Treatments such as Reiki or the use of crystals work by channeling energies from a medium (therapist/healer) to a receiver. Using this holistic approach, these energy centers can be re-balanced, thereby healing the body both physically and psychologically for a totally transformative experience. Slow your breathing, and allow the body to become totally relaxed. Be in the moment of total calm, focus on the gentle sounds, and bring your awareness to the peace within you.
10 WAYS TO REDUCE STRESS IN UNDER 10 MINUTES
If you've ever suffered from stress (and who hasn't), you've already heard the standard advice for beating it. Well, here are 10 ways to reduce your stress in as little as 10 minutes. Start your timer, and prepare to be relaxed!
1. Place two hand towels in the microwave. Lie down on one; roll the other one under your neck. The heat immediately induces a sense of calm and the warmth creates enhances blood circulation to the back, neck, and head and causes the body to relax.
2. Take a brisk walk outside. There is nothing better than breathing, stretching your legs, and taking this time for yourself, all while soaking up the sun.
3. Close your eyes, deeply inhale three times with long exhales. Reflect on a time in your life where you felt most at peace, whether it was a place, thing, even a scent, or a song. Be in that moment, and let it envelop you.
4. Corpse Pose in yoga helps calm the nervous system and relieves tension in the body. Lie down on your back, legs spread wide apart, deeply inhale, on and exhale; give a long sigh, allow the body to become relaxed, and any negative thoughts or experiences you focus on letting go.

7 CHAKRAS
HARMONY & BALANCE
WHAT ARE CHAKRAS?
Chakras are 7 energy points in the body that harmonize, unblock, and maintain the health of the mind. These energy points run in a straight line from the skull to the base of your spine. It is believed that these energy centers can be disrupted and thrown off balance, resulting in a multitude of problems including stress, anxiety, and tension.
Root Chakra: Incites survival instincts and controls tension.
Sacral Chakra: Governs Fertility and sexuality
Solar Plexus Chakra: Boots self-esteem and personal empowerment.
Heart Chakra: Cultivates love and compassion.
Throat Chakra: Strengthens communication.
Third Eye Chakra: Fosters intuition and imagination.
Crown Chakra: Enhances spiritual awareness.
5. Light some light fragrant candles for some aromatherapy. Simple scents can have a calming effect on the body.
6. A little DIY reflexology goes a long way when you are stressed. Apply pressure to the bottom of the foot, in the middle, behind the ball or bone of the foot, is a great way to help relieve stress headaches.
7. Take a deep breath in and then yell as loud as you can when exhaling. Silly, right, but actually screaming releases endorphins and serotonin by screaming loudly which allows you to relax.
8. A nice warm bath with a few drops of lavender helps relieve stress and tension in the body. So, soak those stresses away.
9. Crunch on a handful of almonds. It not only helps get some aggression out, but the high levels of vitamin B2 and E, as well as zinc and magnesium, promote heart health by helping to eliminate free radicals.
10. Fa, La, La, La that's right singing is a great way to relieve stress, and makes for a good mood to pick me up. So, find your favorite song, and sing as if nobody is listening.
